Heather is the primary healthcare provider at Refine Medical. She has worked in plastic surgery and orthopedics, but most of her experience has been in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine.

Dr. Knowlton is a board-certified physician who has been in practice for over a decade. She has a passion for all things wellness and health, and greatly enjoys the preventative and restorative side of medicine.

DIRECT PRIMARY CARE
Direct primary care is a modern approach to healthcare that is centered on providing a personal patient-provider relationship. Our providers will help you stay on top of preventative health screenings, take care of you (and your family) when you’re sick, prescribe medications, order labs, obtain imaging, quickly address any health concerns you may have, and help coordinate care with specialists when needed.
Heather is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions in a clear and understandable way. She is great!
